She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness as well as holds additional certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and reiki. Her services include bioenergetic testing, wellness consulting, personal training, and reiki, all customized to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
